I am a regular student of Rohit sir- Rudra yoga since 4 years. Rohit sir our coach is very patient, calm and also firm in getting the work done from us. We do not only do yoga but also do abdominal workout, cardio, props workout etc. We get fitness alogwith fun with our group friends. We also enjoy outdoor workouts with beautiful nature on beaches and national park. Thank you so much Rohit sir for helping me to get energy in the morning for the whole hectic day 🙏

It is through our coach, Rohit sir and his daily exercise routines that I stay determined to lead a healthier and more energetic lifestyle. The workout sessions every Monday are therapeutic, relaxing and refreshing for my mind and body and is a good start for the day.
